Pastry Chef Lauren Infantino

Lauren's culinary journey traces back to her roots in Patterson, NY, where her childhood love for Italian pastries and culture was ignited. Inspired by her family's culinary traditions, she embarked on a path that led her to become the talented Pastry Chef she is today. A distinguished graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Lauren refined her craft through rigorous training in classic baking and pastry techniques. Her career has been marked by diverse experiences, from spearheading restaurant openings and training bakery teams to contributing her expertise to local bakeshops near her hometown. Enriched by a transformative trip to Italy, where she immersed herself in the country's culinary delights, Lauren relocated to Rochester to join the team at M.O. Pasta.
