Love pasta? Learn to make traditional pasta with Chef Mike!

Trained at the Culinary Institute of America and traveling to Italy every January for inspiration, Chef Mike has been making numerous pasta shapes, sauces, and Italian fare since opening M.O. Pasta in 2021.

In this class, you will learn authentic Italian techniques & shapes, enjoy a fresh pasta snack, and take home a M.O. Pasta sauce with your homemade pasta.
